PARA95 was founded in Chicago by Dermot Nguyen and Erica So. Their Vietnamese American and Chinese American perspectives meet in a shared eye for thoughtful design, honest value, and objects worth keeping.

Before we source an item for a customer, we personally order and inspect a sample. We check the material, craftsmanship, finish, and overall quality so every project begins with something we would be proud to give ourselves.

Why can PARA95 cost less than a boutique?＋

We work closer to specialist workshops and remove domestic importer, reseller, and marketplace markup layers. Final pricing still depends on material, tooling, volume, freight, and duties, and is confirmed before you approve production.

How do you protect quality at a lower price?＋

Dermot and Erica personally order and inspect samples before PARA95 sources a product for customers. We check the material, craftsmanship, finish, and overall quality, then pair that hands-on review with a clear production brief and your proof approval.

What products can you customize?＋

Personalized coasters are available now, with invitation cards as the next release. For matchboxes, cups, packaging, welcome gifts, custom molds, figurines, collectibles, décor, and other objects, send us a custom sourcing request.

What is the minimum order?＋

Personalized coaster orders begin at 25 pieces. Adding individual guest names automatically raises the requested quantity when the list contains more than 25 names. Your fixed landed quote confirms the final quantity before you commit.

Can each item have a different name?＋

Yes. Coaster orders support individual guest names. Enter up to 20 names manually or upload our CSV template for larger lists. If you use Google Sheets, create a project-only sheet, share it temporarily, and remove access after we confirm receipt.

How does a quote become an order?＋

Design your coaster and send a request. We confirm the specifications, production timing, and one fixed landed cost, then prepare the final proof. You approve the proof and cost before anything moves forward. No payment is collected with the request. Secure payment follows only after you approve the fixed cost and proof.

How long does production take?＋

Timing depends on the product, print or production method, quantity, and delivery route. Your quote includes the confirmed schedule before you approve production.

Will I see the design before it is made?＋

Always. A digital proof is required before production, plus a recipient-count confirmation whenever individual names are included.
