Privacy notice

PARA95 uses the information you provide to review, quote, proof, source, and fulfill custom product requests. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, event and delivery details, project notes, recipient or guest names, Google Sheet links, and artwork you upload. Our hosting provider may also create basic security and request logs.

How we use it

We use this information to communicate with you, prepare production briefs and quotes, create proofs, coordinate with specialist workshops, manage delivery, protect the service, and maintain business records.

Who receives it

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, file storage, and email. After studio review, we may share the production details needed for a quote or approved order with vetted workshops and logistics providers, including partners outside the United States. We limit what is shared to what the project requires.

Recipient names and third-party information

If you provide guest or recipient information, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it for the event and production request. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for personalization or delivery.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and order information only as long as reasonably needed for the project, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must retain. PARA95 does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.

Terms of use

Design requests are not purchases

Submitting a coaster or custom product request starts a design and quotation review. It does not place a production order, authorize a supplier, or charge you. PARA95 does not currently collect customer payments through this website. Any accepted payment method and timing will be stated in your written quote, and payment will be requested only after you approve the fixed cost breakdown and final proof.

Quotes, minimums, and timing

Displayed coaster pricing is an estimate, and coaster requests have a 25-piece minimum. Final landed pricing, quantity, freight, duties, taxes, sample costs, and production timing depend on the approved specifications and supplier confirmation. Production begins only after you approve the written scope, final proof, fixed landed price, timing, and payment terms.

Proof approval and accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing names, wording, dates, addresses, colors, quantities, dimensions, and other proof details. Production will not be authorized until the required approval is received. Changes after approval may add cost or time.

Your artwork and instructions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give PARA95 permission to use and share that content only as needed to evaluate, quote, proof, produce, and deliver your project. You confirm that you have the right to use the submitted names, images, logos, and other materials.

Custom production

Materials and production methods can create minor variation between a digital preview, sample, and finished item. The approved quote will describe the applicable tolerances, revision process, cancellation terms, and remedies for production issues.

Shipping and international sourcing

Some products may be manufactured or shipped internationally. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs, carriers, weather, and events outside reasonable control. Ownership, risk, duties, and delivery responsibilities will be stated in the approved quote.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive material, or attempt to interfere with the website, private studio, or order systems. We may decline any request that cannot be sourced responsibly or produced lawfully.

Service availability

The website and its previews are provided to help develop a request. We may update or suspend features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PARA95 is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website itself.
